When a snake just keeps poking holes in the clog instead of clearing it, you need hydro jetting. A high-pressure water jet (up to 4,000 PSI) scours the inside of the pipe — roots, grease, scale, sludge — and leaves it as close to factory-clean as you can get without replacing it. Done right, hydro jetting is gentler on pipes than the wrong snake, and the results last longer.
Same scope of work in every city we serve. No fine print, no commission-driven add-ons.
Snakes punch a hole through roots; jetting cuts and flushes them out. Combined with a follow-up camera, you see the actual condition of the line.
Common in restaurants and older kitchens. Snakes carve a tunnel; jetting strips the wall clean.
Decades of sediment narrow the line until almost nothing flows. Jetting can buy you years before a re-pipe.
Sometimes you can't see the pipe until you clean it. We jet first, then camera.
If the same line clogs every 6 months, jetting + a quote on the underlying problem is usually the right play.
Annual or bi-annual jetting on tree-heavy properties or restaurants — much cheaper than emergency calls.
Same process in both metros. Plain English, real prices, no surprises.
Tell us the symptoms. Often we can recommend jet vs. snake on the phone.
If we don't already know what's in there, a quick camera tells us whether jetting is the right call.
Variable pressure, right nozzle for the job. We protect your fixtures and contain the mess.
You see the before-and-after. Walk away knowing exactly what was wrong and that it's clear.

We don't publish a flat-rate price list because every Hydro Jetting job is different. What we do commit to:
Straight answers to what people ask before picking up the phone.
A snake mechanically pokes through a clog and pulls some of it back. A hydro jet uses high-pressure water through a specialized nozzle to scour the inside walls of the pipe — clearing roots, grease, scale, and sludge that snakes can't touch.
Properly applied, no — it's actually gentler than the wrong snake. We adjust pressure for the pipe material (PVC, cast iron, ABS, copper) and its condition. If we suspect the line is structurally failing, we won't jet — we'll camera first and quote a repair.
Depends on the line size, length, and what's in it. We quote flat-rate up front before we start. Often we'll do a camera inspection first so we can give you a real number, not a guess.
Most everyday clogs are fine with a snake. You probably need jetting if: the same line clogs repeatedly, you have heavy roots, you've got serious grease buildup (older kitchens or restaurants), or your home's main sewer line is involved.
For most homes: only when there's a problem. For homes on lots with mature trees over the sewer line, or for restaurants, annual maintenance jetting is much cheaper than emergency call-outs.
