These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of popandgorooter.com and any plumbing services provided by Pop & Go Rooter ("we," "us," "our"). By scheduling service, using our website, or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
Pop & Go Rooter provides residential plumbing services including but not limited to: 24/7 emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater installation and repair, leak detection and repair, hydro jetting, fixture installation, and related plumbing work.
We are licensed and insured to perform this work in:
We may decline service for any reason, including unsafe site conditions, work outside our license scope, or jobs we judge are not in the customer's best interest.
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, text, or contact form. For active emergencies (flooding, sewage in the home, no water), please call rather than submit a form. We aim for 60-minute response on standard calls during business hours and 45 minutes or less on active emergencies, but ETAs are estimates, not guarantees.
Phone-based ballpark estimates are best-effort and based on the information you provide. A binding quote is given on-site after our technician inspects the job. You may decline the quote at any point before we begin work.
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no charge. Same-hour cancellations or no-shows may incur a dispatch fee equal to our after-hours rate. We will tell you the fee before charging it.
We provide a flat-rate written quote before beginning any work. The quoted price is the price you pay, except where the job scope changes after work begins (for example, discovering hidden damage that requires additional repair). Any scope change is re-quoted and approved before continuing.
Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, and check. Financing is available on qualifying jobs through approved third-party lenders, subject to credit approval.
Property managers and HOAs may be invoiced with prior approval. Invoices are due Net 15. Past-due balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Arizona or California law, whichever is lower.
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If a problem we repaired returns within that window from the same cause, we will return and re-perform the work at no additional labor charge.
The workmanship warranty does NOT cover:
Manufacturer warranties on parts (e.g., water heaters) are administered by the manufacturer per their terms โ we'll help you submit a claim when applicable.
Pop & Go Rooter performs work to industry standards and applicable code. To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona and California law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under Arizona or California law (including consumer protection and home improvement contractor statutes).
Where a job requires permits or inspections (water heater replacements, repipes, sewer line work, etc.), we will tell you in writing on the quote and either pull the permit on your behalf (with permit fees passed through at cost) or coordinate with you to do so. All work is performed to current applicable plumbing code in your jurisdiction.
