Minimum 2 years of plumbing or drain-cleaning experience
2. Financial Readiness
Net worth of $100,000+ or credit score 740+
Liquid capital: $25,000–$50,000
Maintain 3-month operating reserve
3. Licensing & Compliance
Hold or obtain a valid plumbing contractor license (C-36 or equivalent)
Pass background and ethics screening
4. Operational Setup
Operate at least one Pop & Go–branded service vehicle
Use approved CRM and dispatch system
Provide 24/7 emergency coverage
5. Training & Onboarding
Complete Pop & Go Rooter Academy
Attend Quarterly Growth Summits & Annual Convention
