Are you really 24/7?
Yes. We answer the phone overnight, on weekends, and on holidays. There's no voicemail tree — a real person picks up or calls you back within minutes.
Are you licensed in both states?
Yes — Arizona ROC #365143 and California CSLB #1123349. We can provide a current Certificate of Insurance for any homeowner, property manager, or HOA on request.
Do you charge to come out?
We give a free phone consultation and a real, up-front price before we touch a wrench — no surprise fees on arrival, no commission-driven upsells. For after-hours emergencies we have a modest dispatch fee that we'll always tell you about on the phone first.
How quickly can you get here?
For non-emergency calls during business hours, we usually arrive within 60 minutes. For active emergencies — flooding, sewage in the home, no water in the house — we aim for 45 minutes or less, including overnight.
Do you serve apartments and rental properties?
Yes. We work with homeowners, renters (with landlord permission), and property managers across both metros. We can invoice the property manager directly with prior approval.
